Low Quality and Bad Attitude

I'm very disappointed by the low quality and bad attitude of the Raleigh sale person.

I bought a MIrage 2 bicycle at Makro Woodmead at 5th June this year and the gear. I went to the store and told my the sales person named Radoulf that the moving parts are not covered by warranty. What a nonsense.
