Game mall of africa / Raleigh bicycles

I purchased 2 raleigh 20" atom bicycles from game in mall of africa on tuesday, for my kids birthdays. My son rode it for the first time and clipped a pole in our complex. The quality of these bikes is zero so much so that I've now stopped my daughter from riding her bike. I grew up riding Raleigh bikes and I am yet to bend the forks so badly on my first fall. I contacted mall of Africas game store manager about this and the 1 year guarantee on the bike but no response. My son is distraught.
