DO NOT BUY RALEIGH BICYCLES PLEASE DON'T EVER

We purchased a new Raleigh bicycle from Makro Germiston. The bike sprocket locked, days after buying the bike. We took it to makro and they would not change it because it was one day out of the return day policy. We left the bike for 4 weeks to be repaired and we had to call management of makro to get the bike repaired by the manufacturer and returned. My son used the bike for one day and the spokes all popped out of the rear Tyre. We were so tired of the issue that we replaced the rear Tyre and sprocket again because they never replaced it. Only for my son to ride the bike again and the chain now snapped. This is definitely a poor quality product and I advise you to NEVER buy any products from Raleigh.
