Misappropriated funds

<p>On the 2nd January RAKS REALTY received the rental for my property for which they are the rental agents. To date I have not received the rental. They keep saying "there is a problem " the tenant has paid them the money for the municipal account. This has not been paid to the municipality. They "forgot " to mention that on December the tenants gave notice to vacate the property. I found this out when I phoned the tenant to ask why the rent had not been paid. He sent me proof of payment. The tenants left the house in a mess ... now I need to get these people to pay the deposit for repairs .... again they just go into hiding and don't reply to any messages or emails or calls. So at this stage I'm out of pocket to the tune of R27000! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
