<p>RAKS Realty seems to be made up of 2 people. They take and keep the tenants deposit which is really worrying since I've given them money R 2500 to install a security gate, paid for in December and to date, March, there is no sign of the gate. They don't respond to calls. emails what's apps...they just ignore you. My tenant mistakenly paid one months rental into their account and to date they have not refunded her nor paid it over to me. </p>
