Would never recommend

<div>As a first-time homeowner, this process was completely new to me. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at Rakesh Sam, specifically by Zayonissa, who went as far as calling me “lazy” during interactions and later blocked me altogether. On top of that, there were monetary errors — the amount in question had too many zeros for me to fully believe it was an honest mistake, yet nothing was ever properly addressed.

Throughout this process, the attorney seemed to hide behind the rude and unprofessional behavior of Zayonissa, while I, the client, was left doing most of the follow-ups, despite having paid in full for their services.

Instead of handling the situation with professionalism, empathy, and accountability, I was met with dismissiveness, poor communication, and a complete lack of regard for my concerns. A financial error of that magnitude is not minor, yet the way it was handled left me feeling unheard, disrespected, and completely frustrated.

Mistakes happen, but what truly counts is how a business takes responsibility and resolves them. Unfortunately, in this case, the service I received was careless and has completely damaged my trust in Raskesh Sam and its staff.

Consumers deserve transparency, fairness, and respect, especially when large sums of money are involved. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, because no client should have to endure what I went through.

Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend Rakesh Sam to anyone — not even my worst enemy.</div>
