****** by Estate Agent and Transferring Attorneys

Good day, I recently bought a house using the services of Bay Sales agent by the name of Simphiwe Stefanie.

In the beginning the process was frustrating but it was manageable because it was my first time buying property. On the 21st of December the sale went through and I am now owner of this property.

On the 24th of January I got a call from the seller asking me to call the Transferring Attorneys and ask them to release the funds that were retrained from the sale. This would mean that I must lie in order for him to get the rest of his money. Why he was calling me to begin with? I don't understand because I had been chatting with the Estate Agent all this time. So I refused to commit *****.

On the 30th January I asked to see the property so I could collect my keys (after registration was done they asked to stay for the month of January and would then give me 1% of the purchase price as occupational rent R3350. 00). When I got to the property cabinets were broken, bath tub basin was dented, electricity was *******y connected. Everything that I had loved about that house when I viewed it was damaged. The estate agent said he would ask the seller to fix everything.

Today I am sitting in a house with roof leaks, no refuse bin and a broken down car outside of my yard. No indication as to when I am to receive my January occupational rent from the seller. The estate agent has chosen to ignore both my text messags and calls. He has been either late or not pitched for any appointments. Yesterday I called the Estate agent in frustration telling him that the occupational rent had not been paid into my account. He then told me that he was shocked because the seller got his money transferred the day I got my keys. I have been trying to get things fixed but all I get is promises. All I want is my ******* bin, key lock changed and my R3350. 00 January occupational rent to be paid into my account that's all. The leaks ll handle myself because clearly it ain't going to be done before the rain comes again. And the broken down car to be removed.

I feel have been mistreated by Rakesh Sam Attorneys, BaySales agent Simphiwe Stefen and the seller Mr. Mbulelo Victor Manyati in this deal because they all failed to follow procedures and protocol.
