RAK properties playing games with my deposit refund

<p>I have issues with a rental agency called RAK properties on Monument Road Kempton Park.</p> <p> </p> <p>Donne requested my banking details on the 14th of March and i still asked when to exoect payment. We makibg oayments today she said.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last week thursday i followed up with phone calls and enail. All i got told was shes not in fir the eest of the week and no one else can answer my query.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i finally found her. She gave a cold apology about not being at work last week. Payment will be done today.</p> <p> </p> <p>This afternoon i call her again to find out if payment was effected. She says she has given the form to someone else if payment is not made i should check on wednesday. How about she dinds out if indeed my payment is made ir will be made. It tells me she didbt bother ecen last week.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic service!!!! Im so annoyed </p> <p> </p>
