Over charging, invoicing incorrect

Rak properties send me a bill for outstanding payments to inform me i was behind with rent as they invoiced me wrong and i queried the bill as well after a year i heard i never payed my account correct. When i gave notice and moved out i received another bill for goods that are damaged some are wholes i made and the other things listed on was damages that was like that they informed me the day i moved in they will send someone to fix the goods and never come anyone now they billing me for goods that i did not break. Amazing how money making these people are. The unit was supposed to be fix before i moved in and now they billing me for other peoples damages. I would not recommend Rak properties toe anyone. Please be careful. I dont mind paying my share of wholes in walles i made but to rip me off for everything 40L of paint for 4 wholes i made for my tv bracket....???? What a joke.
