Money diggers - Avoid at all cost!

I don't even know where to start... It would be strongly advisable to refrain from making use of these agents. They were nice and friendly at the start, only to get us to sign a year contract so the owner could decide a month later, to move back into the unit. Unlucky for us, there was a clause in the contract about this, so we don't even have a foot to stand on. Looks like they covered their tracks nicely in the contract before letting us sign it so they could pocket the money and charge us cleaning fees as well afterwards, in the amount of R660.00 (exc VAT). Firstly we were told that the place had been sold and they didn't know anything about it until they issued us with a 'Notice to Vacate', giving us two months' notice to vacate the premises. Then the story changed to the owner wanting to move back in and all correspondence stopped after they realized their stories are contradictory. On top of this, we now need to move again (4th time since August 2018) with my son being uprooted yet again, due to this carelessness and feeling a f***. When you try to correspond with them, like advising them when we'll be moving out and asking when our deposit would be refunded and how much, they just ignore you flat, but have the audacity to send you a link to their website, with more rentals on. As if!!!
