Deposit refund took forever & tenant was billed for plumbing.

<p>Worst Agency Ever. Communications on e-mails unreliable. On handing your notice and confirming it's for one month you get a surprise Invoice for the following month as well. On paying and handing over the keys you still have to waight another 3 Months after constantly phoning and e-mailing them before you're deposit gets refunded. You don't get it all back no matter what you do. They billed the tenant for plumbing which had nothing to do with the tenant but the owner. Poor service indeed. I will not recommend them to anyone.</p>
