Bad service and *********** staff

I can not believe that personnel of an renting agency can be so *********** with their own systems. At numerous occasions, after given my correct credentials, the wrong email address has been used to communicate to me from financial aspects as to notifications of what is new in the news. Which leaves a concern in my mind to if they actually do understand that sensitive information can be taken by anyone and be used to harm or discredit anybody.

Apart from not knowing how to work and update their email system, it seems to refer you to different people whom can not help you at all. It is really a frustrating and time wasting aspect in anybodies life to wait until someone can find the correct person to speak to regarding your query.

Last thing, it takes ages for a claim or complaint or any maintenance query to be resolved if it ever gets processed by the rental agencies. I also feel that they have not disclosed all information needed before signing a lease with them.

I highly recommend not using them at all in the future.
