Avoid at all costs! Nothing positive to say about them.

<p>We have been living in our property for close to 2 years now, and since then, cannot say a good work about RAK Properties. Their marketing material points to help and care, and honestly, it is the absolute opposite. Numerous issues including request after request to fix leaking toilets, loose doors and damp rooves are simply ignored. When we have taken matters in our own hands, because we know how long they take, we are told that we must pay for it. They don't deliver, and then we you try to fix the situation, you are told to pay. Can't stress this enough, avoid them!</p>
