6 months - Stove/Oven Still Broken

Moved into the property that they manage in November 2014 - I've been sending constant follow-ups regarding the stove-top and oven that do not function properly which was also included in the ORIGINAL snag-list BEFORE I moved into the unit ... LAST YEAR. <br> <br> We've had no less than 3 different vendors in on numerous occasions as well as a personal visit from Hercules Schoombee during which he asked for one last opportunity to send another vendor to see if they can fix the problem. This was almost 2 weeks ago. Each time a vendor visits the stove, they leave a job half-done and a new problem arises, another plate that doesn't work or knobs put on backwards so that determining a temperature is impossible. RAK never follows up to see if the job has been completed, it's always up to me to again let them know that their vendor has left an unfinished job, even after this has happened numerous times. <br> <br> Horrific service delivery to someone who pays their rent in full, on time. I've been living here for 6 months without a properly functioning stove-top and oven. I will NEVER refer anyone to RAK Property.
