Worst service, *********** staff member, easy to join difficult to cancel

Cancelling the gym membership after the agreed period seems to be a nightmare. The staff member who does the cancellations called Selina told me that it is not her problem that at their reception did not follow the process. I was promised a follow up call but I did not receive any call.
