Poor service delivery and no communication to the client on the status. I have phoned and left countless messages, emailed over 20 times over the passed year and visited their Umhlanga and there is always some excuse, such as shes sick, she broken her, she needed to go in for an emergency opp, busy in court and the list goes on and on. Their practice has now been suspended by the Law society.
