Rajepree Naidoo and Associates Poor service

This conveyancer cannot provide on their promise, their service is poor to the extent that they would go into months without communicating or to give a feedback for that matter. So you would be waiting not knowing what is going on regarding the transaction and for us it has taken almost a year and they don't provide us with feedback or give us updates as to what is happening and when you do call them they will make excuses and do not even apologize for not informing you. So we are so dissatisfied to a point where we wish we could cancel this property transaction as we are fed up with their process, they don't give you a call, they don't send you a email even when you are calling them to try and ascertain what might be the stumbling blocks they are facing , they will tell you that they will call you back and you will wait for days not receiving any communication from them. Their service is just purely poor, they are promising so much and in reality you get nothing.
