Don't buy there sell you used items but claim it's new

Bought a lithium battery from them for R27000 and found out that it wasn't new. After it had gone in for repairs 4 times within 3 weeks. They delivered the battery and found *****s missing battery scratched and still didn't work.

Gave it back and asked for a refund since 3 weeks ago no response from them and my money down the drain.
