****ty service, I regret buying at that shop

I bought a Samsung note 5 which was supposedly brand new according to the shop. On the second week the screen of the phone started blinking, by the end of the day the screen was almost dark. I took it back to the shop, they blamed me damaging the screen, I disputed that. They took it for repairs, I had to wait 2 weeks without a phone. Later they gave me a new phone. Exactly a day with the new phone the screen started freezing. I called and told them, they said I must bring it in for checking. Before I could take it in, the back cover of the phone started cracking, it seemed the battery was damaged. By the time I took the phone to the shop it had bulged at the back and had two cracks. When I got there I was told I'd have to pay for the repairs because I had overcharged the phone and damaged it! I asked why must I pay when the phone is not even 2 weeks old and the screen was already freezing? They called the manager whom apparently is never at the shop when needed. They said I must come back during the week when the manager is back because he wants to talk to me in person.

Long story short the service at that shop is ****ty. They only want your money. I had to pay R900 at another shop to fix the phone because noway I was going through another drama of begging them to fix my phone as if I'm a child who doesn't know how to handle a phone! Unfortunately I read the reviews of this shop on hellopeter after buying this ****ty phone from them.
