Terrible service
Hi before the lockdown we requested a food service from them for our function dat was supposed to be in April this year however due to the lockdown we cancelled and requested a refund we was told it was fine and we will get our refund we paid cash of 6000 we paid the deposit in February this year they wanted cash deposit we asked many times for the refund and was told to gve our banking details so they will refund the money and up till this very day I have sent them msgs upon msgs to refund our money and they did not they wer very fast to take the money and now they jst ignore my msgs pathetic customer service
