Had a horrible experience and got only an apology

I booked a valentines picnic with my Girlfriend at Raith's Rendezvous in Witbank. We arrived to a waiter that had a real bad attitude and no care for their job. We go into our tent that had a blanket on the floor and had rocks under neath it. It wasn't comfortable at all. We received our picnic basket and it wasn't even nice food. We paid R600.00 for food that you could get at a cafe. The ants ate our food before we even had a chance to eat it. We decided to complain when we were ready to leave because we wanted to enjoy spending time with each other and didn't wanna ruin the evening. and we didn't complain straight away about the food because we didnt want the same menu again. On our way out we wanted to complain but the line to the desk was long and the lady in charge was busy with other people. We decided to go an call the next day. Which we did and all we got was an apology. Feel like we deserve a refund
