Arrogant rude unprofessional idiots

Brought a lawn mower to replace a simple blade was told it would b done over the weekend and will be able to collect the monday l,called to check if its ready fhan was told a wrong size blade was fitted queried a week later same excuse 3weeks goes by same excuse "wrong size blade" .how can anyone that runs a business not no how to take corre t measurements or use stupid excuses . owners are rude and arrogant no ethics what so ever.
