Shocking experience

Complaint logged with store, managers and sales rep, no reply, no contact or feedback from owner of Boutique. A huge disappointment in customer service, and poor reflection on what should be an amazing experience in hubs like Knysna and Plettenberg Bay. Strong advice to be aware of clothing fit, sizes and service.
