Avoid this builder!

I don't have words enough and everyone would be bored. Sean Harmer promised me the world and didn't deliver. I had to fire him for shoddy workmanship and non compliance and late delivery of a substandard product. He uses the current project owner's money to finance old debt and you never get what you asked for. Have had to get in an alternative contractor to fix his problems. Have heard about other people with similar problems. AVOID THIS BUILDER.
