Poor Quality, Workmanship, & refusal to attend to 3 month snaglist!!

<p>Don’t ever buy a house from Darek Drewnicki from Rainier Builders CC, operating in the Parklands North area. He refuses to attend to snag-list items reported to him on numerous occations. The house worksmanship is also of low standard. Walls are cracking, damp, unfinished work ect.. He is very arrogant and stubborn now that he has my money. Please do not use this guy to build your house. You will have endless issues with him!! He has been reported to my attorney and the NHBRC, so awaiting the outcome</p> <p> </p>
