TICK INFESTATION

Our first and last visit to the rain farm was a Easter family fun day.Booked and paid for in advance yet when we arrived we were not on the list and seating was not accommodated for.We then took a table reserved for someone else whilst the staff arranged other seating. The event took place in the adventure/recreational area near the dam.About 30 mins into our arrival we noticed the place infested with ticks.INFESTED not one or 2 all crawling up the sides of the shed and this was the last straw we made a decision to leave We still had 2 family members getting extremely ill and being diagnosed with tick bite fever. The owners clearly don't care about the health and Wellbeing of their visitors and should have treated the area before inviting guests.This is the same area they have planned kids activities which is beyond comprehension.Disgusting management in what was a beautiful environment.If you get sick after a stay there , you know why.
