Late delivery

Communication is not efficient as I had to keep reminding them to reply me on my delivery update. Communication with SA is just the same, they'd ignore if you don't persist (making multiple calls and not picking up) so frustrating especially if you have deadlines. The days for delivery mentioned are probably not true
