Shocking Installation & Service

Rainer Richardson provided us with a competitive quote to install a grey water system that we can use grey water for the garden and pump rain water back in for the washing machine and toilets. We paid him a deposit of 75%. More than 2 weeks later the installation is shocking. He has burnt our gutters to attach them to pipes, there are electrical cords running nowhere across our garden, the pumps are not covered and so much more!!!! He left all his rubble on site and scattered it in our flower beds. He has started another job and is not worried about our concerns. Terrible service, stay away!!!!!!
