Hi it's with great sadness that this network provider has been debiting me 8 times a month every unsuccessful debit is r8.50.ive tried doing cancelation on URLs plat form but unfortunately URL don't have a cancelation part . Due to my phone been stollen I wasn't able to contact u guys kindly help me sort this issue out
