Worst service ever

This is the worst service provider ever! You cant call them cause their number is not going through, you dont have anybody to assist with queries. I have sent queries to them a month ago and I am still not connected to the network. They keep on deducting my account but no service. You send an email and they do not get back to you. Bad Service
