WHY GIVE US THE OPTION OF GIVING DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU WONT FOLLOW THEM?????

Why have an option for delivery instructions on your website if you aren’t going to pass those delivery instructions on to the people doing the actual DELIVERY of your products??????? I wrote clear and detailed delivery instructions when I submitted the order because this is my second attempt at getting the 5G product delivered to me and again no delivery because you did not pass on the instructions to RAM couriers. I struggled all of December trying to get this parcel delivered and you failed and I even requested a refund because I was getting nowhere with you guys. I calmed down from my initial disappointment by RAM and RAIN and crossed my fingers that if I try again maybe I could get the delivery.

WHY ASK FOR DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS IF THEY MEAN NOTHING?????
