Very bad service from Rain

It is very frustrating dealing with Rain. They don't provide a contact detail to their Head Office because they could not be bothered dealing with clients that get no answers from their call centers. It's a total cop-out with SA companies that think they are too good to deal with the same people that actually pay their salaries.
