Very bad and unreliable service and you cannot even contact them but they take your money

Our monthly subscribtion has been paid and deducted from our bank account BUT we do not have service from RAIN for almost the whole day????

Maybe we must go to another Internet Service Provider as RAIN is NOT RELIABLE.

THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT CANNOT PROVIDE AN SERVICE and there is no way to contact them??????

I will NEVER recommend RAIN to anyone
