UPLOAD SPEED IS ZERO

My upload speed is almost always ZERO. In my job, I have to upload to a lot of pics to our server. I have to keep switching to my Telkom data because of my RAIN upload speed. I have not really used the sim during really peak download times, so I cannot comment too widely, but so far, I have not had a download issue. Please work on your upload speed.
