Unhappy Rain Wifi Customer

I recently took out a rain contract for wifi. The sim was delivered to me on 22.08.2019 at 1pm. When I got home the sim wouldn't connect at all I have a LTE/4G device and it wouldn't connect. Called the contact centre didn't get through no connection went onto the live chat that same day, I was then informed the ICCID doesn't match my sim card. (baring in mind that the 7days is supposed to be unlimited wifi) its been 4days now and still didn't hear anything after I was told a new sim will be delivered to me and I already paid for the sim card.

this is Unacceptable for a new wifi service provider and a 1st time customer ! not good! ***,452441,452333,452401,452457
