Terrible service with rain

I received my sim today and this is the worst network ever I tried calling and on the line for 30 minutes Then I went to chat to no response No one can even help you I want this cancelled and refunded immediately! Or this is going on all social media platforms I want my refund and this cancelled as this is horrible I got the unlimited and its disastrous Can someone urgently respond to my emails .. chats and call me!
