Terrible Service Rain

I rate 0 stars, I been waiting since the 03 December for my sim to be Rica'd. Rain tells me go to the website and Rica now but Rica now is unavailable on my account. Why cant they do it on they side. This is terrible terrible, pathetic service. I call on friday 3 times and only the last consultant escalated my problem. Its like they dont care about they customers, as long as we pay upfront
