Terrible Rain: the wifi network

I got a rain sim card practically the moment it started. My area was one of the few ones getting coverage at the time. It was amazing I really was happy with their service and didn't have any problems. A year later I noticed that every day at around 3PM it would start acting up....being slow or sometimes just switching off. This has been going on for about a year,and it's been getting worse where by during the weekends I cant stream. I contacted them about this and nothing was done. Lately i have been complaining even more and was given steps on how to try and fix but nothing works,what's worse i cant do a speed test at all. They have set up their thing in such a way that you cannot get help. I have been waiting for a call from their network department for days to help me but none has come through.
