*****ing my money

I stopped my Rain years ago. Couple of months back they debited my account again. They owe me R1200 to date. I phoned, they said they would get back to me. Still waiting. It's been 2 months. I phoned again, they investigating, whT I don't know? I sent them the bank statements. They need to give my money back.
