Rica issues but debited account

Bought the R479 unlimited data package. Haven't received the sms to Rica the sim card. It's been day five and logged two queries on support. Contacted your offices and automatic reply that no one is in office. Now how will I Rica the sim you've debited my account and no support from you. Very disappointed.
