Refund

Good day, after a whole discussion and explanation on Friday and having written proof of receiving one month's credit, Rain only refunds me 50% of the installment. Can you please resolve this matter urgently as I don't have the time or the energy to further explain over and over to *********** staff just to resolve this matter !!!
