Rain very bad service

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the last 3 months I have been trying to contact them with zero response I have select numerous tickets but no one gets back to me I have lost my job and have zero income at this stage I don't use the box at all since December 2022 I can't get anyone to contact me to end my subscription. They have no idea what is customer service
