Rain Unlimited LTE (a ****)

I had less than 1mbps speed since yesterday morning. I informed Rain on Twitter but still no one got back to me or even attempted to resolve my issue .

This is a huge in convenience for me as I was meant to complete an online module yesterday and move on to a new one but here I am waiting for the rain
