rain unlimited data network is a ****!!

rain is a legal ****, canceling a sim card and getting a refund is mission impossible. I cancelled my sim card on the 6th April 2021 just 6 days after activation and I was entitled a full refund of R479. I got an email confirming the cancelation and I haven't received my money to date. I made numerous calls to their call centre only to be told dealing department is responsible for refunds and couldn't help, literally sending me from pillar to post, my emails are ignored. Their service is useless (no connection) and I am being billed for the service I can't use yet they can't cancel and/or refund me. I really regret signing up for this nonsense, if you want to spare yourself from pain just stay away from rain. rain is a useless and nonsensical unlimited data network!
