Rain the unstable data company

Well I have been a client for about 6 months now and really cant give them a better rating. For starters their customer service is just pathetic and extremely slow and don’t really know what is going on in their own company and second the network was great for the 1st week as I’m a new customer and after that week the network is so horrifically unstable and almost unusable I have to restart the router every 5 minutes and move it to a new place so that it will work for a while again. Had a big fight with them it was fixed for two weeks and yeah its back to the unusable **** it was. My home is basically in the middle of the 4g zone and only get one bar of signal if im lucky I’ll maybe get 3mb/s download speed but upload dear lord thats fast its like 15 - 20mb/s that’s actually useless so for all the new customers I would not recommend rain!!!
