Rain the service is definitely like its name, a rainy day.

I was with Rain for about a year, had the worst signal ever, download speeds were atrocious. I just got told the tower was under load and nothing could be done about it. I finally cancelled my account and moved to Telkom.

I then wanted to delete my rain account or at least remove my credit card details and I have been told I cannot because it might be used if i want to sign up again.

If that is the case I will re input my details I don't think a company needs to tell me what I can and can't do with my banking details especially after the account has been settled and cancelled for 2 months.

You can tell how little they care as they are not even on hellopeter.
