Rain technician support poor

I contacted Rain on the 20th Desember 2022 and ask for assistance because our power supply fir the router blew up. My wife also contacted them and they said in the next 24 hours they will send a technician out. Its almost 48 hrs later. I pho n e them again this morning on the 22 Desember. My wiffe can't do her work from home because there is no wifi. Very bad service. I pay my rent every month but the server is poor.
