Rain sucks

I've cancelled a service in March and still getting debited for services. Called the company when I noticed on my statement and asked for refund, they reinstated the cancellation request and said they'll request a refund with relevant department. A week has gone by without any feedback and now when I call them again am being given a list of excuses and told my account is still active, therefore I'll continue to get billed.
