Rain slow or no internet

I have rain for plus minus 3 months and even got a new bigger device but signal is awfull. I am not enjoying it. Cant watch movies cant download. After care service is bad. Takes days for them to contact you. You have an app to register tickets inly one a day for complaint. It just doesn't work.
