RAIN SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

Day 4 with internet access in Glenwood. Whenever I call and ask what is going own, I'm told a technician will call me and that I will be credited for the number of days without the internet. Why has ICASA not intervened. I think the inconvenience of 4 days is greater than any credit they could give. Rain needs to be shutdown. No wonder they are rated as last of all networks in 2020 with a rating score below 5.
